Ever get the feeling you spend hours searching for the same standard documents? We did, so we did something about it!
Rather than searching all over the file server or visiting the same websites and downloading the same documentation we built a document library feature that allows standard documents to be linked to the database and filed in a relevant category. This makes it easy to find the document you’re looking for and also ensures that all staff are looking at the same document. No more quoting prices from the old price list!
The document library can be used as a start point for sending information to prospects and customers . Locate the relevant document, click the email button and you can send your company brochure, all with a few simple clicks.
