Client Support

Insightful Systems use a variety of tools to provide on-demand support for our clients.

We work with your IT team to establish remote access to your network and connect to your FileMaker server via TeamViewer or Remote Desktop on Windows.

Remote Support

We generally use TeamViewer to connect remotely and assist clients with their on-demand FileMaker support requirements. If you already have TeamViewer installed, call our team directly and quote your PartnerID and Password. If you don’t already have TeamViewer installed click the button below to download TeamViewer and call your assigned FileMaker tech contact directly.

Client Web Portal

The Insightful Systems Client Web Portal allows clients to review important information online, reducing account queries and providing complete transparency to the following project related information:

  • Quotes
  • Projects
  • Timesheets
  • Invoices
  • Payments

Clients can check on project progress, approve quotations and download copies of invoices – providing first class self-service capabilities at the click of a button. If you’ve forgotten your client web portal login details or would like access for other staff members contact us today.

The Client Web Portal uses FileMaker WebDirect technology to allow remote access to FileMaker data via a web browser (works on desktop, laptop and mobile devices).
